Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals and abilities.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to help improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- <u>care</u> for patients with diverse needs and conditions.
- Proficiency in <u>Medical terminology</u> related to physical therapy.
- Experience working with <u>Pediatrics</u> and/or <u>Orthopedics</u> is preferred.
- Ability to provide <u>Patient care</u> in various settings including <u>Inpatient</u>, <u>Hospital medicine</u>, and <u>Home community care</u>.
- Solid understanding of human <u>Anatomy knowledge</u> and <u>Physiology knowledge</u>.
