Outside Sales Govt/Municipality Rep
Role:
Procurement of surplus assets from government, municipality, and public works organizations for disposition through our auction network. Territory will primarily include the state of Georgia, and the southeast U.S. regions. Division of territory will be commensurate to applicant’s experience and locale.
Qualifications:
Applicant will be responsible for obtaining new clients, maintaining relationships, managing contracts, and supporting transactions to our buyers in the government asset liquidation sector.
Engage with key stakeholders to establish long-term relationships and identify future needs.
Generate leads and proactively prospect for new opportunities within government agencies.
Lead negotiations with government agencies to secure contracts with favorable terms and conditions, while adhering to regulatory and policy requirements.
Proven track record of sales or business development – relevant knowledge of government or municipality sector experience is preferred.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with decision-makers with various agencies.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software or similar tools.
Ability to set sales goals and meet revenue targets.

Compensation:
This position is highly based on sales performance.
$750/ Week base salary
Bonus Structure:
8% of profit (<$1m)
12% of profit ($1-3m)
18% of profit ($3m+)
