We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to join our team in our Boca Raton, FL office and be a part of a company that is redefining the possibilities in the industry. The company is on an amazing growth trajectory and looking for a talented, and organized individual who will be responsible for leading a team to promote profitable growth targets. To be successful, the VP will need to rapidly establish effective relationships with customers, team members, and peers leveraging a highly transparent communication style, a deep investment in understanding the perspective of others, a detailed knowledge of how the business operates and a strategically open mind to additional company opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Promote and develop strategies consistent with brand development, best practices, and category management selling.
· Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals, constructing a performance culture focused on surpassing these targets through strategic action and relentless execution.
· Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team, delivering consistent guidance, championing support, and reinforcing a culture of high achievement and continuous improvement.
· Operate as a strategic partner with our marketing, merchandising, and finance departments, as well as other departments as needed.
· Dive deep into sales analytics, interpreting complex data and market insights with a focus on applying this knowledge to make astute and timely business decisions.
· Deliver comprehensive and articulate AI reports on sales operations and achievements to the company’s senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
· Cultivate relationships with exiting partners including Walmart, Amazon, Ross Stores, TJ Maxx, Publix, Wegmans, etc
· Commence relationships with new potential retail partners.
· Build, develop, retain, and manage a high-performing internal team plus the management of external sales rep program.
· Manage smooth execution of business operation.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required / MBA preferred.
· 10+ years major account sales management.
· Prior experience with international manufacturing contracts
· Prior experience with consumer products / consumer durables preferred.
· Understanding of pricing variables, ie. Commoditives, currency, duties, tariffs, labor, and freight.
· Exceptional analytical and strategic skills in understanding information and building strong forward-moving plans.
· Ability to work harmoniously under pressure.
· Experience with advanced sales software and Microsoft Office skills necessary and AI applications a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills to build, develop and maintain solid relationships.
· Proven organizational and time management skills.
