Your Future Team
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes, managing advisor escalations, and collaborating with various departments to address risk-related issues.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to review and flag operational, legal, and risk processes.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate complex issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advisor escalations, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead service team for advisor questions, providing guidance and support on operational processes, systems, and procedures.
- Partner with cross-discipline team members to support collaboration and promote a positive client experience.
- Evaluate existing operational processes, identify constraints, and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to track process effectiveness and identify areas for further optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive employee development and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and alignment of operational activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar managerial role.
- Knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies and performance management.
- Proficiency in utilizing operational software, tools, and systems.
- FINRA Series 7 & 24 preferred.
