Kirk Automations is seeking an experienced COO. (Fractional COO). We have sales figured out, we have a service that makes us money, we need someone a second brain and a vision to execute long term goals. This position is above the Director of Operations. The Director of Operations oversees the rest of the company: Engineering Manager, Sales Manager, HR.
1-3 hours a week, starting.
The the company vision: Make money with custom software services
Come up with a plan, submit budget, and execute.
They need to be an advisor/second brain to the owner. “redundancy/error checking”

We currently have 1 programmer that can earn us $100/hr revenue, our goal is to grow into a 7 programmer company, then into a 49 programmer company. However each programmer needs to learn our specific automation skillset that requires both training and a ~3-6 month apprenticeship. We have sales all-set, we have a talent issue. Your job is to steer the ship to our end goal.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $200.00 per hour
