Job Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong connections with current and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions using VMECA's products and services
- Keep in touch regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
Sales and Business Development:
- Seek and pursue new business chances in the assigned area
- Reach and exceed sales goals with proactive sales strategies
- Develop and implement with effective sales plans to maximize revenue
Product Knowledge:
- Keep up to date with VMECA’s products and what's happening in the industry
- Provide product demonstration and technical support
- Work with other teams to answer customer inquiries and provide solution
Market Research:
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities
- Think about what's happening in the market and suggest changes to sales plans
Reporting and Documentation:
- Keep careful records of sales, talking with customers, and market info
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the Greater Atlanta area
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pneumatic and automation industry
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic and automation products and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Have a valid driver license
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
