The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the logistics industry, specifically focused on hazmat shipments. This role involves identifying and securing direct company loads, developing and maintaining relationships with companies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales within the logistics or transportation industry, with a focus on hazardous materials.
Strong network of contacts in industries that require hazardous materials shipping services.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
