Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our high-energy, high-volume dining establishment (annual sales exceeding $5 million). This role is pivotal as the face of our restaurant, where style, presentation, and a keen sense of hospitality are critical. The ideal candidate will drive superb guest experiences and financial outcomes by fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Previous high volume General Manager experience is REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a top-performing team, ensuring all members embody our commitment to exceptional service and culinary excellence.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to our operational standards and financial practices.
- Champion our core values and principles, creating a culture of 100% guest return is the standard.
- Drive staff performance through ongoing training, development, and performance assessments.
- Establish and maintain high standards of staff competency in product and service knowledge.
- Maintain operational efficiency by setting daily goals, overseeing task assignments, and ensuring completion with diligent follow-up.
- Analyze sales performance and manage financial activities within the restaurant.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all operational aspects including inventory, payroll, and office management.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
