About the role
As a Store Manager, your goal is to lead and inspire—bringing the Ann Taylor experience to life by building enduring relationships with associates and clients. This is your opportunity to serve as a retail store leader. You will create exceptional client experiences that inspire confidence through our fashion, dive results, serve as a role model for delivering operational excellence.[CF1]

· Willingness to learn our systems (operate a point-of-sale system & navigate an iPad)
· Must have 5+ years of retail management experience
