**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:** - Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness. - Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems. - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies. - Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination. - Assist in event planning and coordination. - Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. - Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records. - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. **Skills:** - Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage a team effectively. - Demonstrated experience in calendar and schedule management. - Previous experience in payroll processing is a plus. - Proven ability in event planning and coordination. - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
