Ideal Candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Skilled in:
Collision repair
Rust repair
Panel fabrication & replacement
Welding
Frame straightening
Assembly and disassembly
Tear-down
Section replacement
Paint removal
Blocking and sanding
Paint prep and PAINTING
Efficiently communicates with office staff and promptly notify staff of any issues with work order/hidden damage/etc.
What We’re Looking For
5 or more years of professional experience
Valid driver's license
I-CAR Training (or equivalent) is not mandatory but preferred
Attention to detail
Possesses his/her own set of tools
Basic computer skills preferred (not mandatory) for data entry into our system
Promotes safe work habits & follows safety policy
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to grow in position along with strong work ethics and commitment to work the hours necessary to accomplish the job duties
