Looking for a results-driven retail Store Manager that can work as part of a team to meet company objectives.
Store Managers perform a number of supervisory duties. The position requires leadership abilities, good people skills, the ability to communicate well and the knowledge and experience to take initiative. As a store manager, you must have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively take direction from an immediate supervisor. Your individual responsibilities as a store manager may include but are not limited to:
- Creating a rapport with customers to ensure they enjoyed their experience
- Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
- Merchandising
- Product Replenishment
- Cash handling
- Cleaning
- Custom Embroidery
- Scheduling
- Recruiting / Interviewing
Must be able to:
- Read and write
- Utilize training tools and process inventory
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Communicate effectively
- Must have flexible availability
- Work holidays and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
