Customer Service/Warehouse Position
We are an established worldwide sporting goods manufacturer and distributor in need of a customer service/warehouse personnel. Experience in the wholesale/retail industry and distribution is a huge plus! This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Receive and enter orders from accounts and reps via e-mail, phone and fax.
Answer incoming calls and inquiries.
Process returns and warranty claims & occasional part replacement assembly.
Warehouse freight receiving and Pick/Pack/ Ship daily orders including general warehouse duties.
Qualification Requirements
Associates Degree from a two or four-year accredited university or 2 years experience.
2 yrs experience in a wholesale/retail customer service and warehouse environment preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse logistics (UPS, FedEx etc.) and inventory management.
Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Prior experience using an order entry/inventory management computer program preferred. QuickBooks experience a plus.
Detail oriented and organizational skills required. ( We have a working warehouse with a lot of moving pieces and organization is key to our success)
Knowledge of the sporting goods industry is a huge plus!!
Must be able to take direction well
Must be able to lift 30+ Lbs.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
