We’re Hiring a Spa Concierge to Work the Front Desk at Gizel Atlanta, a skin-focused Aesthetic Wellness Boutique.

At Gizel Atlanta, we are seeking a Spa Concierge who possesses outstanding communication skills, confidence, reliability, attention to detail, and a genuine love for interacting with people. Our boutique offers top-notch services tailored to each individual, ensuring that our clients look and feel their absolute best.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of dermatological procedures and terminology is advantageous
- Familiarity with skincare products, Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, and Aerolase Laser Treatments is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and office equipment
- Polished written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and energy
- Diligence and follow-through
- Outgoing and proactive personality
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greet patients and visitors
- Create a luxurious client experience
- Offer refreshments
- Handle phone calls and direct inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Check-in patients, verify insurance, and collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with billing and insurance processing
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
No medical or esthetician experience is necessary for this role. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

Compensation starts: $15/hr + commission
Compensation package is determined by experience and 90 day onboarding performance
