LOCATION: Lakeshore Technical College – Cleveland, Wisconsin
POSITION SUMMARY: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager is responsible for developing, organizing, planning, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive college-wide ERP solution. The incumbent works closely with developers, service managers, as well as functional / end users, and third-party vendors to plan and to execute projects, to assess and to mitigate risks, and to identify and to track issues. The ERP Project Manager summarizes and reports on project statuses for District leadership, project team members, associated consultants, and vendor account managers, as well as creates and maintains complete, accurate project documentation. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned):
(65%) Responsible for Project Management of ERP Implementation
- Develop, organize, plan, implement, and coordinate day-to-day functions, activities, and services of projects to ensure that goals and objectives of assigned projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame, quality, scope, and funding parameters.
- Dedicated project lead for coordination and management of all implementation-related tasks supporting the initial and rollout deployments. The Implementation Team reports through this manager. Provide oversight to the ERP Implementation team. Provide leadership and guidance to project’s team members and to the satisfaction of project stakeholders.
- Responsible for making sure all tasks, deliverables, and milestones from the college perspective are completed on time.
- Use disciplined project management methodologies to ensure assigned projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Make recommendations for changes to staffing, budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Responsible for establishing testing methodologies including the means for unit, system, and acceptance tests.
(20%) Gather and communicate knowledge and information internally and with consultants
- Responsible for communicating between the college and consultants. The Project Manager will work together with the ERP Consultant’s Project Manager to manage the scope, schedule, quality, risk and cost of the project, and ensure that all appropriate stakeholders are part of a well-managed communication plan.
Responsible for the accomplishment of deliverables, work packages and overall business solutions, including tracking of project progress and assessing project trade-offs across scope, timing, and resources.
- Responsible for coordinating ERP projects, software, infrastructure, security, and integration.
- Responsible for coordinating conversion of data from the legacy ERP to the new ERP solution.
- Create and maintain online program/project documents.
- Develop and coordinate trainings.
(15%) Responsible for business analysts and project team members
- Responsible for supervising Business Analysts, Report Developer, and Integration/Security positions.
- Responsible for leading the college project team members to implement the new ERP solution.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Information Officer.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, business, or related field. If no bachelor's degree, individual hired will be required to enroll in an accredited bachelor's degree program in a related discipline and to complete the degree within 5 years of employment.
- Five plus years of responsible professional experience in project management, business analysis; or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION:
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the uses of computer-based processing systems and their limitations.
- Knowledge of the methods and techniques of systems analysis, design, and programming; and knowledge of programming languages.
- Knowledge of Blackboard, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Be familiar with computer hardware. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Access college network systems. Understand database concepts.
- Use database queries. Use scanning techniques equipment. Create charts and graphs. Access and use Project Management Systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI/Power Automate.
