Job Description
As E-Commerce Specialist, you will have a comprehensive understanding of how digital media works, and experience with building, executing and managing products on Amazon and/or other third-party marketplaces. You should have experience working on (CMS) content management systems. Ability to manage multiple accounts at once, formatting performance reports, and working collaboratively with a variety of Account Managers, Strategists and Specialists on the team.
You must have a strong attention to detail, and an eager willingness to learn from some of the best in the business. You will lead and assist with product quality assurance, maintenance, and optimization on multiple accounts in collaboration with our team. Being able to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects is a must for this position. We are growing fast, and this is a great opportunity to help build and provide a strong strategy for our E-Commerce clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Influence the creative direction of product listings through performance insights and best practices
- Manage new product listing creation, and product maintenance strategy
- Monitor and track product listing issues that may arise on various marketplaces and resolve through support case management
- Administer all notices and possible product enhancements for products
- Oversee all listing quality suggestions and updates on the listing quality dashboards
- Manage all notices and possible product enhancements for products that are tagged for issues and project manage the fix through completion with all stakeholders
- Report on performance and progress to internal stakeholders
- Support the Marketing team on ad-hoc projects related to but not limited to product listings and promotions and other 3rd Party Selling Channels
- Setup, execute, and provide reports for new product Review Requests
- Manage and track the execution of A+ content for Amazon product listings as applicable
- Monitor brand intellectual property and report issues to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud strongly desired
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon and/or other 3rd Party Marketplaces
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, including pivot tables and v-lookup functions, etc.
- Ability to work independently and stay well-organized with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced fun team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
