Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data into our database systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness on a regular basis.
- Prepare and organize digital documents for data entry.
- Respond promptly to data inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Basic understanding of databases and data entry procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
