Responsibilities of an entry-level Sales Associate:
- Conduct presentations of our client’s product/services directly to consumers to properly and effectively articulate their benefits, ensuring a high degree of customer acquisition and retention
- Report daily and weekly sales metrics for each client with the rest of the Sales Associate team for easy forecasting, projections, and reporting for our clients with the upper-level management staff
- Develop and maintain key consumer relationships on behalf of our clientele by understanding the consumer, territory, products/services, and sales pipeline
- Maintain the company's reputation of integrity, high standards, and professionalism by communicating and professionally engaging with customers with empathy
- Train and implement a multitude of closing tactics and negotiation skills during our entry-level development process to execute customer acquisition, boosting profit margins for all of our clients
- Attend ongoing sales workshops and leadership training past the entry-level to stay up-to-date and current on any changing promotions, product offerings, and partnerships to be at the forefront of the ever-changing client industries
Requirements of an entry-level Sales Associate:
- 2 years of an entry-level position within sales, client relations, marketing, or related field
- An open mind and eagerness to learn new skills and build upon your existing skill sets
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, in addition to being clear and concise for client and customer presentations
- Must be an innovative person with creative problem-solving capabilities
- Possess an energetic, competitive, and resilient spirit to bring to the team
- Passionate and thrives in a human-to-human environment, both internally and externally

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
