While Service Manager or Advisor experience is a huge plus, it is not required. This is for anyone with prior management experience in high-end customer service or hospitality environments.

We will provide full training to learn the industry if needed. However, the following requirements we cannot train. This is for a person who is a:

What is Service Advising at Ultimate European?
-Sales: Helping people get their broken cars back on the road by getting to know them and their vehicle and building a trusting relationship with them through creating a plan for them, and helping them to make decisions you believe are in their best interest for their vehicle and lifestyle.
-Project management: You are responsible for converting incoming calls to appointments, estimate pricing and and parts logistics, keeping technicians working and motivated by managing workflow through the shop, keeping in contact with your customers proactively and making changes in the operation as needed to deliver on your word to the customer.
You build relationships with our customers because we sell repairs and services tailored to the customer's lifestyle and vehicle plans. No two vehicles or customers are the same.
You will focus on making the process as convenient as possible to the customer’s lifestyle.
