Title: Full-Time Office Manager
Summary of Position: Management of, and Billing for, a Law Office
Job Description: Management of all aspects of mid-sized Garden City law office, including Billing, HR, Marketing, Insurance and IT. Billing responsibilities include but not limited to: generating and tracking invoices, maintaining spreadsheets, coding, A/R, creating reports, reviewing time, submitting invoices on multiple platforms for a Fortune 500 client base. Office presence is required. Previous law firm management is a must.
Must have: Five years Law Firm, Timeslips and Excel experience

Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 commensurate upon experience
