We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.

Responsibilities
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
- Proven track record selling complex solutions
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in machine vibration monitoring or compatible skill sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Able to work with maximum autonomy
- Willingness to travel
- BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
- Vibration Analyst Certification is a plus
Reports to US Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Compensation includes annual bonus up to 20$ of base salary (starting salary is $68K to $85K depending on experience)
