Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running successful home service ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads, optimizing ad performance, and contributing to the overall growth of Deluxe Garages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and other key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and home service advertising.
