Life Tech's continued growth has created a full-time opening for an Financial Analyst to work as part of our Finance team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, responsible, and dependable candidate. Responsibilities:
· Extract and validate system data from EMR, CRM, and Financial ERP systems, to improve the accuracy of the data warehouse.
· Support in the production of the monthly reporting package from the data warehouse to compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
· Analyzes monthly results and provides feedback to the business unit teams on key variances relating to sales volume, price, mix, purchases, discounts, and payroll.
· Assist in the monthly and quarterly board of director preparation by analyzing variances within financials and operational metrics.
· Work with Leadership to refine metrics; collect, report, and analyze performance metrics and propose actions for business improvements.
· Responsible for the annual budget, creating financial models, and updating rolling forecasts.
· Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with business leaders including Senior Management, Operations, and Purchasing.
· Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to finance and operations projects, as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
· Proficient in all areas in Excel and working with software databases.
· Experience with FP&A-related software platforms (e.g., NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, Essbase, Power BI, or other multi-dimensional database query tools)
· Financial modeling and forecasting experience
· Is attentive to detail, focused, thorough, and accurate.
· Works effectively and maintains good working relationships with all levels of management, customers, suppliers, and employees.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Successfully manages and prioritizes large volumes of data and information.
