Silicon Valley Moving & Storage provides residential and commercial moving & storage services for clients locally, nationwide, and overseas. Our company has been in business for 32 years.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Move Coordinator to join our company and act as a point of contact for our employees and clients. Responsibilities include supporting regular office operations, screening phone calls and responding to customer/vendor inquiries. Great phone customer service skills and industry experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Screen and route phone calls appropriately
- Remain in contact with daily crews
- Respond to general client inquiries
- Schedule surveys
- Input new lead information into CRM system
- Manage and order office supplies
- Draft daily dispatch schedule
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems
- Inside Sales
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
