We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, creating and executing sales plans, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically, and a strong understanding of the construction equipment rental & sales industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is driven to succeed and has a proven track record of success in outside sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Negotiate contracts with customers.
- Follow up with customers after sales have been made.
