Mid-size law firm seeking candidate for new Hiring/Recruiting Coordinator role based in our Metro Atlanta/Peachtree Corners office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a hiring plan for all firm offices nationwide
- Create and manage job descriptions and postings
- Execute targeted recruiting for key positions
- Build relationships with target law schools and facilitate campus interviews
- Screen all candidates, including resume review and phone interview
- Coordinate interviews
- Serve as point of contact for candidates and hiring partners
- Coordinate with HR for the hiring process once the offer accepted
- Maintain candidate tracking and interview records
Required Skills
- 2+ years of law firm recruiting preferred
- Skilled at interviewing using various methods (phone, online, in person)
- Understanding of HR practices and policies
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in using social media and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed)
Ability to multitask and work well with changing priorities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
