Key Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
· QuickBooks utilization for order processing, invoicing and financial transactions.
· Handle order processing from initial intake to scheduling pick-ups and invoicing.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
· Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
· Manage shipping logistics, including LTL and small parcel shipments.
· Assist with preparing and processing documentation for shipments, including packing lists, bill of ladings, shipping labels, and customs paperwork.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
· Assist with accounts receivable collections, if necessary.
· Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in all interactions.
· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
· Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of teamwork.
· Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing business needs and priorities.
· Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service, order processing, and administrative tasks.
· Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in shipping, particularly with LTL and small parcel shipments.
· Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks software for order processing and financial transactions.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with accounts receivable collections is a plus.
· Proven ability to handle office administrative tasks effectively.
