RMI Software, part of the Fullsteam organization, is a Microsoft Business Central Partner. Our product is embedded into Microsoft Business Central, and focuses on a customer base that rents, sells and services equipment. Some large industries that we work with include Trailers, Storage Containers, Heavy Construction Equipment and Medical Equipment. We also have several specialized rental companies that use our software as well.
This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the US.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for successfully implementing our ADVANTAGE 365 software with our new clients. You will be required to manage the project from inception to completion, where the customer is considered Live and independent on the software. During these projects, you will have multiple meetings a week with your clients, to learn about their business requirements, properly customize system setups, and develop business processes. As you near your goal date, you will be required to convert data and perform training on the business processes developed throughout the beginning of the project. You will likely need to manage multiple, unrelated projects, at the same time, as each person in this type of role has 2 to 6 open projects at any one time.
During down time, or time between projects, you will assist as a level 2 escalation for Support Specialist cases.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide Implementation Services (business process review to “go live”) for clients ranging from 1 to 80 user systems.
Manage client timelines and expectations during implementation projects
Data Conversion for Test and final “Go Live”
Regular recurring meetings with clients during the system implementation
Write business design for system customizations as needed, these are typically identified throughout the recurring meetings
Work with Development Team to completion of any customizations
Train users on agreed upon business processes
Perform final “go live” duties
Transition users to support 2 to 4 weeks after “go live”
Assist as a Level 2 escalation for advanced support cases
Minimum Qualifications:
Systems Implementation experience (2+ years preferred)
Microsoft Business Central experience is REQUIRED
Intermediate knowledge of Windows applications
Advanced level of troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills
Good oral and written communication
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Business Central Certification (or willingness to become certified fairly quickly upon employment)
This position sometimes requires a willingness to adjust hours and work to meet deadlines to complete “go lives”
