We’re seeking an energetic and bilingual Medical Assistant with a passion for providing patient-centered care to join our growing team of professionals.
At Premier our Medical Assistants support our Double Board Certified Physician by performing a variety of front and back office tasks related to patient communication and care, as well as administrative and practice building marketing activities.

Your Essential Skills and Characteristics
● Medical Assisting Certificate or equivalent experience
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite + Instagram/Facebook
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong organizational ability and a keen eye for detail
● Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and multiple priorities
Your Essential Role and Responsibilities
● Greet, room, and interview patients, obtain basic medical history, scribe for provider, provide post-op care instructions
● Set-up and assist providers during medical and aesthetic procedures
● Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, answering telephones, scribing and recording prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, labs, insurance pre-auths, etc.
● Assist with inventory management, re-stocking of supplies, equipment maintenance
● Sterilization of procedural instruments, prepare and clean treatment rooms, and assist in providing a 5-star patient experience
● Marketing tasks including social media and practice building activities

Compensation and Benefits

Job Type: Part-time
Days/Hours: (Monday-Friday) 9:00AM-4:00PM. Some Wednesdays until 6 pm.
