AIRLINE Customer Service Associates at
Sacramento International Airport
Compensation:
Salary - $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Duties:
Perform a full range of Customer Service functions, including:
- Ticketing
- Guest check-in and assistance
- Verifying guest documentation
- Gate management/announcements regarding flight activity
- Baggage Services-lost luggage claim processing and tracking
- Learn and operate a computerized reservations system
- Assist unaccompanied minors and special service guests
- Complete daily reports and other assigned duties
- Work in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Must successfully pass a ten-year federal background check and obtain an Airport SIDA badge
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma, GED, or six months’ work experience in the customer Service industry
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak Spanish and English
