We are looking for a dedicated BCBA who can problem-solve, enjoys working with a creative and diverse group of people, and is driven by providing quality services. Opportunities within this position include working on a multidisciplinary team, participating in clinical consultations, learning about behavioral health resources outside of ABA, monthly in-person team meetings, creating group supervision lessons, and providing community training/presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment and behavior plans based on functional assessments. Administer and supervise the implementation of these plans, ensuring data systems are in place for continuous evaluation and goal achievement.
- Administrative Duties: Complete and submit prior authorizations for ABA services, maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA, and respond promptly to service referrals according to clinical standards.
- Collaboration and Training: Facilitate regular communication with caregivers, provide training and consultation to community supports and direct services, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care, and train staff on behavior management techniques.
- Reporting and Documentation: Develop and submit timely and accurate written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers, and agency personnel.
Education & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Speech Language, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Board Certification (BCBA) is required.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst or pursuing licensure.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Availability between 2 pm - 8 pm Arizona time.
- Residency or willingness to work in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
- Minimum One (1) year experience working with children and young adults with autism.
Required Credentials and Availability:
- Up-to-date tuberculosis (TB) test.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Unrestricted AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Valid Driver's License with an impeccable driving record.
- Updated resume showcasing your qualifications.
- It is important to understand that this role involves working from the office, conducting telehealth appointments, and occasionally in other facilities except in homes.

Salary: $40 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 hours per week
