1. Operates multi-line telephone console to receive incoming messages Takes messages accurately including correct spelling of names and phone numbers
2. Greets, registers and announces guests to appropriate personnel in a professional manner
3. Performs a variety of clerical duties, including but not limited to, various projects, setting up conference room meetings, ordering meals for the various departments, maintaining the employee coffee bar and coffee machines daily. etc.
4. Responsible for the processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and intercommunity mail.
5. Assist in company activities and events.
6. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
