**Overview:**
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting.
**Responsibilities:**
-Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Perform night audit duties as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Qualifications:**
-Previous experience in guest relations, guest services, or customer service preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hospitality setting
- Ability to perform night audit responsibilities is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multi-language preferred
