Compensation:
$170,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
- Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Be willing to be held accountable for taking the actions needed to be successful at providing outstanding responsiveness and service
Qualifications:-
Proven negotiating and communication skills
- Independent and self motivated
- Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
- Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
- Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours while keeping your emotions in check
