We are currently seeking an experienced Community Manager. This is a dynamic and multifaceted position within residential property management.
Reporting directly to the Residential Property Manager, the Community Manager oversees the daily operations of an assigned residential community. The ideal candidate will be a proficient multitasker with solid communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and organizing resident activities to foster community engagement.
- Facilitating lease renewals and ensuring timely rent collection.
- Coordinating preventive maintenance programs to uphold property standards.
- Manage roommate changes and resolve associated issues efficiently.
- Soliciting bids for contracts and service agreements, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Administering SODA in MRI to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in community or property management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a diverse environment.
- Sales experience and familiarity with facilities coordination preferred.
Candidates will work Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays (a day off during the week which include Saturday).
