Looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
We have three opportunities for our guests to enjoy some great food and beverage offerings. Paperback Tavern is our restaurant that is open for both breakfast and dinner. We have a full bar that has a seasonal cocktail menu and our own IPA on draft! Provisions is our cafe that is open for breakfast and lunch. Guests can pop in for a quick bite or a caffinated beverage to keep them going through the day. Room Service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Food and Beverage Manager will oversee one of the outlets, with assisting when needed in other outlets.

Situated along the scenic Charles River and overlooking the Boston skyline, the recently renovated Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge is a welcoming hotel conveniently located near Cambridge’s Kendall Square, the city steps from some of the most prestigious universities such as MIT, Boston University and Harvard. The short 5-mile drive from Logan Airport makes travel fast and convenient. Our guests can spend the afternoon walking, running, or biking along the Charles River or work out using our Fitness Center. Our food & beverage offerings include in-room dining in guest rooms and suites with breathtaking views of the Charles River and the city of Boston or equally curated experiences in our seasonal patio or the dining room of our, soon to open, newly conceptualized restaurant and bar lounge.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe and/or TIPs certification is a plus
