Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests during the night shift
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audits to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions
This position requires working overnight shifts, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night hours.
