**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings such as orthopedics, acute care, outpatient care, and inpatient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine their physical therapy needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical health
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in orthopedics, acute care, outpatient care, or inpatient settings preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to physical therapy
- Knowledge of hospital medicine practices and procedures
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services
