Medical Records / Release of Information Specialist
Ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal & administrative skills, able to multi-task in fast paced environment. Knowledge of HIPAA & ROI experience a preferred.
Process all requests for ROI by locating, and retrieving the corresponding protected health information in a timely and efficient manner. High level of comfort with computer programs and multiple software applications. Proficient with data entry functions. Attention to detail is a must.
Answer all routine customer inquiries via telephone and walk-ins in a professional manner. Must be able to work as a team.
Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
