Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including wiping tables, chairs, and menus
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server in a banquet, hospitality, or hotel setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
