Open to Close Availability
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage production and service
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Collaborate with other managers to coordinate events and promotions
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities

- Knowledge of food production and service practices
- Proficiency in food and drink preparation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
