Santikos Care Center Specialist
OVERVIEW
Act as liaison between our company and its current and potential guests. Effectively solving guest concerns, complaints and inquiries; keep our mission of providing unparalleled guest experiences at the core of every decision, behavior and conversation.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as ambassador for Santikos Entertainment with every phone conversation.

Handle large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Follow call center scripts when handling different issues.

Identify guests needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Follow company procedures for the most complex situations.
- Take advantage of opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

Build sustainable relationships and engage guests by going above and beyond their expectations.

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive manner.

Frequently attend educational development sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.

Meet personal/team qualitative targets.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High school degree or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer support role
SKILLS, ABILITIES, & KNOWLEDGE

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Demonstrated ability to smile over the phone or internet

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Ability to work weekends, holidays and late nights

Bilingual Spanish preferred
