Having an in-depth knowledge of visual merchandising, you will be responsible for managing, alongside the Visual Merchandising Managers based in the stores, the consistency and quality of Visual Merchandising in all stores within the region. While respecting the Visual Merchandising standards of Louis Vuitton. The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will report to the Regional Visual Merchandising Director.
As a collaborative partner, you will work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure targets and key investments are considered when arranging products in stores. Additionally, you will travel to select events and visual installations to oversee projects and assist with the execution whether they be store openings, renovations, or high profile projects.
With an innovative approach to driving business, you will assist the Regional and Store teams to increase results through visual merchandising in stores and train the teams on key topics. As a strong people manager, you will set expectations and manage performance against expectations while coaching and motivating visual team members to support their growth and development.
This person must be a well-rounded individual with the ability to lead a business using your previous experiences with window installations and working with both ready-to-wear and accessories categories.
As a strong team player, you will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to lead by example. Given the fast paced nature of the business, you will be adaptable and agile while being extremely deadline oriented.
