JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a qualified candidate to work as a full-time Lead BMC Remedy/Helix Service Desk Professional with experience for a Government client in Washington, District of Columbia.
Must be an Active Certified Project Management Professional (PgMP or ITIL) .
NOTE: Public Trust Clearance - MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Location: Onsite, DCF Location
Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields
- Minimum four (4) years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.
Certifications Requirements:
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, required
- BMC Certified Professional, required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
