Performs any combination of following duties in care of residents under direction of nursing and medical staff.
Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs. <br>• Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents.
Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.<br>• Turns and repositions residents requiring physical assistance, alone or with assistance, to maintain good skin integrity.
Changes bed linens, runs errands, direct visitors, and answers telephone as needed.<br>• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
Cleans, sterilizes, stores, prepares, and issues supplies as needed.
Reports resident status to the nurse on duty and documents in the written medical record as required.
May be assigned other duties.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
