We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of two of our gelato stores. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall success of the store.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise store staff, including training
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Assist with meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations and updates
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assist management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in math and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Experience in training and developing employees
