This role is designed to be hybrid remote in the metro Pittsburgh area as in person meetings at the office and with clients would be required periodically.
You can expand your managerial experience here as well overseeing internal team members and an external agency partner as well.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning of paid search engine campaigns, including but not limited to:
- Bidding / budgeting pacing
- Targeting strategy - keywords, locations
- Creative - ads for supported landing pages
- Campaign launch management
- Ongoing optimization and troubleshooting to meet performance objectives
- Testing roadmap management
- Strategic account maintenance and hygiene
- Monthly SEM report preparation with presentation to clients
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search engine marketing, Google / Bing
- In depth knowledge of modern, best-in-class Paid search strategies and tactics
- Ability to manage & continuously improve search campaigns & processes to be the highest quality for prospects and customers
- Demonstrated innovative problem-solving skills
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience and interest in other Google products beyond Search and/or paid Social Media a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
