What you will do:
Your daily activities focus on the guest experience in a warm, outgoing, positive manner. As part of our tasting room team, you are encouraged to tap into your own unique talents to join your colleagues in sharing our stories, our wines and our winery home with guests from around the world and those that reside just around the block. You will pour and educate our wines to guests with that friendly presence you possess. We are proud of our reputation for providing warm, friendly and personal service to each of our guests and we count on our hospitality team to deliver that experience.

Physical Requirements + Work Environment:
The physical demands of this job will include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis, the ability to work in a standing and/or walking position for long periods of time, the ability to effectively stock wine and non-wine merchandise, set-up and break down structures, tables, etc., and be able to utilize carts and other equipment to assist in moving heavy objects. The work environment of this position involves working in close quarters with others.
Pay Transparency Disclosure: The hourly pay range offered for this position is: $22.00 to 26.00 an hour depending on work experience.
