POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Maintenance Manager
Department: Location: Community
FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Executive Director
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, policies and employee manuals.
- Basic knowledge and experience with standard practices in carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry, grounds keeping, commercial appliance repair, electrical wiring, Uses a variety of hand and power tools, meters and measuring tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities. Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to the building trades.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work assignments.
- This position requires local travel and occasional out of town travel.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
