Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. This position requires 3+ years of oilfield sales experience and general knowledge of flow line products
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or business development
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Prior Knowledge of Flow line sales products is preferred
